Guest guest Posted September 29, 2007 Report Share Posted September 29, 2007 Garbanzo and Rice Salad 2 cups drained garbanzos 2 cups diced green peppers 1/2 cup red onion, diced 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 2 cups cooked brown rice 2 medium tomatoes, coarsely diced 4 tablespoons wine vinegar salt and pepper, optional Combine all ingredients.
