It's been too long for me. I know you use " FriChik " like you would use

ch*cken, but I haven't cooked with that stuff in YEARS. I bought a can

of FriChik and my daughter would like me to cook it up.

What's a good way? I'd like to incorporate veggies and/or whole grains,

but I'd rather not use pasta.

Thanks,

Sharon
