I haven't tried anything from Boca except the burgers but Tofurky

makes a beer brat that is pretty darn close to the real thing. I boil

them in dark beer with onions and a little bit of butter then pop them

on the grill just long enough to leave marks, got to have marks .

In general I've not found the veg dogs or sausages to grill well -

they end up too dry. The Tofurky polish & Italian sausages are good

too but to me the beer brats taste best. Must be that Wisconsin
