Comparing your other recipes with this one may be helpful. SNAUSAGE SEASONING 3T Ground rosemary 8T Ground sage 3T Salt 3T Marjoram 3T Sweet basil 2T Cumin 3T Garlic powder Grind fine in a high speed blender or in a coffee mill. Use 1-2 T/C of TVP. Add to water and mix well, then add TVP to hydrate for 10 minutes. Makes a tasty savory soy meat. This is a great combination of herbs to flavor other sausage-type dishes.
