Guest guest
I modified from my original post, because I abhor coconut, and I don't like nuts in my food generally. So here is how I made them: 1C choc chips 1C white chips 1C raisins 1C peanut butter 1C oats 1C brown sugar 1C white sugar 1C butter 1C flour 1T baking soda 3 eggs beaten 1tsp vanilla Cream butter & 2 sugars. Add peanut butter (I used soy butter), raisins, oats, baking soda, flour, eggs, and blend. I'd have preferred dried cherries but I had raisins that no one is eating and cherries are too expensive to risk on a non TNT. (there's that cheapskate, I mean thrifty part of me again). Add chips and vanilla. Blend. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. They come out kind of thin so I think they'd be fabulous as ice cream sandwiches.
