Guest guest
Just added this to my blog and thought I would share this recipe here. I made it last night and it is very yummy. I got so fed up with all the expensive soy pudding out there. Chocolate Pudding This old fashioned delicious pudding contains no eggs and no added fat. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup soy milk 3 Tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 cocoa powder 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Method: Whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is thickened. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour. I would put a cover or plastic wrap over the bowls to prevent getting a skin on it.
