Guest guest Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Good as a dressing or a dip Creamy Gingered Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise or soy mayo 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon dry white wine 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon salt pinch of sugar Mix all ingredients well.
