Mustard Greens - YUCK! No, Yummmmm

Roxy, I really like Mean Mister Mustard Greens. I do

what Chanda and Lawanna told us, I chop up an unpeeled

apple and cook with the greens, it takes the

bitterness out.

I also add a lot of garlic and mustard seeds.

--I add turnips and collard greens to my mustard greens along with a

small onion chopped. my daughters' father adds a little bit of sugar

to his green, and instead of making cornbread in the oven he would

make it on top of the stove he calls it a hoe cake or johnny cake

which ever one you want to call it.
