I am a nursing student and VERY aware of germs, but only use the

antibac stuff in a health care setting. At home we use the gentlest

most eco friendly soap possible. Those anti bac soaps are harsh on

the skin (they remove normal protective flora) and to the environment.

To get the right amount of scrub time, sing " happy birthday " once

through and that should soap away most of the germs off of your hands!
