Guest guest Posted September 23, 2007 Report Share Posted September 23, 2007 Sliced Herb Baked Potatoes 4 baking potatoes 4 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon Chives 1 tablespoon Parsley 4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese Cut potatoes into thin slices vertically, but not all the way through, so that the potato will fan out. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheeses and allow to melt. Garnish with paprika.
