Guest guest
This is a cast iron panini pan http://www.italiankitchen.com/store/site/product.cfm?id=AFA43262-475A-BAC0-53A72\ 324323C6409 & fid=AFA43272-475A-BAC0-5B8E1A289647B42E Mine is very heavy duty with no enamel and it's round. I paid $20 for it a few months ago at Linen and Things. The George Foreman Grill works too. I have 3 sized grills and use each one. Cubans make a wonderful grilled sandwich also. I believe my niece Mya has a good recipe in the sandwich files. I will look and repost it. I make soups, lentils, stews and large quantities of rice in the 10 cup rice cooker. When making steamed rice for 2-3 I use the small rice cooker. Have fun shopping for your new appliances you will use often.
