After looking through our closest " Sprouts " store, yesterday, I was amazed at

all the products for the gluten free needs. Be sure to take a stroll through

your local good foods store and I think you will find a lot there to help you in

a varied diet.

Tried the steel cut oats. The oats were good, but we still enjoy the regular

oats for oatmeal.

Any ideas?

Our slow cooker heats too much around the sides, even on low. Does anyone have a

suggestion for a cooker for overnight, that will not cause oatmeal or other

thick stuff, from sticking?

Thanks for discussing indoor electric grills that work for pannini, I have been

thinking I need the Quisinart, but it is about $100+. Now I see that West Bend

will be a good economic choice!

Have a good healthy day!

Have you tried cooking spray around the edges of the slow cooker before

putting your ingredients in? That may work!!
