Guest guest
Anyone have any good ideas for Mustard Plant. This is my first planting ever and it is tasty and mild. So far I have eaten it raw in salad but I would like to try some other things before frost does it in. How about a recipe for a mustard condiment using the leaves??. How long will it keep. Has anyone ever dried the leaves for later use? Deanna in Colorado
Guest guest
Deanna You can eat the leaves like spinach - steamed. The flowers are really tasty plain or in salads. They taste a little bit sweet with a little tang. GB , " genny_y2k " <genny_y2k wrote: > > Anyone have any good ideas for Mustard Plant. This is my first planting > ever and it is tasty and mild.
