Guest guest Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 Saucy Cauliflower 1 (10 oz.) package frozen cauliflower 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour dash salt 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 teaspoon prepared mustard Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain well. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till bubbly. Stir in cheese and mustard. Add cauliflower. Heat through.
