Guest guest Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 at the local health food store and cafe they a wonderful avocado reuben. you put thick slices of avocado on the bread (country style, rye, whatever), swiss cheese and a bunch of sauerkraut (organic saukerkraut in a jar). They grill this on a panini and it is wonderful to say the least. A friend of mine made it for me for lunch one day.
