Guru,

I grew up eating loads of greens. I wish that Collards came in smaller

bunches. LOL. Seems like I eat for a week on one bunch..... I sometimes

freeze some for a later time.

Oh I hadn't heard of Riders in the Sky, but I am listening to them now, on their

website. Love themmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Thanks for telling me about them. I'm

going to have to get some of their CD's. Yeah....... Love this kind of music.

Just makes you want to smile and feel so happy.

Have you heard of David John and the Comstock Cowboys?

They are very similar type western cowboy type music. He is another favorite

here. http://www.comstockcowboys.com/Products.htm

We also love Michael Martin Murphey http://www.michaelmartinmurphey.com/

another great Cowboy Music singer.

Dan Roberts is very funny Cowboy Music Singer.

http://www.oldbootsmusic.com/ We especially love his Cowhand.com CD. It is

hilarious.

Nice to find another Cowbow music fan.

It is hard to go wrong with greens. Generally, they are the

healthiest food.

Have you ever heard Riders in the Sky? they also do cowboy songs and

they are funny.

was telling me that they sell several truckloads of Collards and

Mustard Greens each week. Their greens always look the best. She

said that their cooperate office couldn't believe they sell so many

when some of the stores in other cities hardly sell any. Makes you

wonder why those other folks aren't smartening up to how healthy

greens are.

so crazy about Turnip Greens, but I love their roots raw......... I

peel the root balls and slice up for finger food, or grazing food, as

my husband calls it. He likes grazing food in his lunch bag.

berry juice.

love Christian, Western Cowboy music(like Sons of the San Joaquin

http://www.westernjubilee.com/SonsoftheSanJoaquinrecordings.htm I

love their Horses, Cattle and Coyotes, best, but we have most all of

theirs and really enjoy them) , some blue grass, classical, folk

music, some country, soothing guitar picking, and light pop(like

Kenny Loggins). I love talk radio and books on CD. We are on the

road a lot.

background, are http://www.lifetalk.net/ and http://

www.3abn.org/ They are soothing and uplifting to me and give me a

more peaceful state of mind. My family too......
