Guest guest
I've been making a casserole out of cabbage once a week. I fry down the cabbage a little, add some of the crumble vegan " hamburger " , and layer it in a casserole with vegan cheese (two packages), and plenty of cracked black pepper. Sometimes I put other veggies in it. Like asparagus, mixed veggies. So far its been working out well for me, as the thing I miss most is casseroles, usually made with a ton of very artery clogging cheese. This tastes great (to me) and satisfies that need (desire) Tonight I'm going to try it with red cabbage.. I have been known to have that for breakfast on occasion... I also used simple shredded steamed cabbage in place of noodles or rice to serve under a stir-fry. ~Rachael
