Guest guest
I add it to stir fries. A favorite way to cooked it, is to dice up a head of cabbage into large pieces, put it in a heated wok with only about 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 T. Smart Balance or butter and a little salt. Cover and stir occasionally. Don't over cook it. Just cook it until it is just tender and still brightly colored. To add a different twist on this, add a small can of Mushroom soup(condensed) to the cooked cabbage, after it is cooked. Add some dried minced onions.
