Guest guest
I doubt they would let you on the plane with an aerosol can of cheese because of the pressure. I would go to the health food store and get the small individual containers of applesauce, some peanut butter, wheat crackers, etc. When I was in a primitive area of Yucatan I took some canned good with me, vacuum packed tofu (the one not requiring refrigeration and I had a small bottle of soy sauce to soprinkle over it with toasted sesame seeds, was a room temp meal but I can make do when I have to. I have no problem eating kidney beans and things out of the can. Food is food and there was no vegetarian food in that area. Do you have anything like the Kings Hawaiian rolls? You can take a pack of pita bread and find things there to stuff into it. Pack a baggy of pretzels.
