However the meal has lots of other nutrients and roughage. Guest guest Posted September 25, 2007 Report Share Posted September 25, 2007 Hi Chanda, The oil is better and only lasts one month, but if your gallbladder is like mine, the ground flaxseeds may not give you as much, but they are a good alternative.
