I just boil the milk, cool it to just warmer than luke warm in sink

of cold water. I preheat oven to lowest setting, put proportionate

amount of yogurt culture in milk, mix it and put a lid on it. I put

it in oven, turn off temp and leave it in for 6- 8 hours. I also put

nnote on oven saying " Yogurt' so no one turns on oven.
