Hypoglycemia - Triscuits and cheese

With those Triscuits you could add a can of Cheese that you tilt the tip on to

squeeze it out. It doesn't have to be refrigerated. It could fit into a purse.

Put the Triscuits into a plastic container so so they don't break up.

 

This is a treat that I buy for long trips......... LOL It is good.

oooh, bummer. triscuits are yummy especially the new flavors. cheese would

last a little while. peanut butter & crackers - celery would last awhile - mayb

in a ziplock w/an ice cube. kashi bars. fruit? a dark chocolate bar. vegetarian

jerky. good luck!
