Guest guest Posted September 19, 2007 Report Share Posted September 19, 2007 Stir Fried Brussels Sprouts With Pine Nuts 1 ounce pine nuts 2 tablespoon sunflower oil 1 1/2 pound brussels sprouts, very thinly sliced 2 tablespoon boiling water seasonings Heat a dry frying pan, add the pine nuts and toast, gently shaking the pan, until evenly browned. Heat the oil in a pan, add the Brussels sprouts and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until they start to soften. Add the boiling water, cover and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until just tender. Stir in the pine nuts, season and serve. Makes 4 servings. Be smarter than spam.
