Guest guest
I thought they just recalled 5000 packages. The company should keep track when the produce was picked, packaged and store it was distributed to. Technically, all the others should be all right. Usually, these companies err on the side of caution so there is no mistaking that all potential bad batches are recalled. If not theyn the companies are nuts because if more people get sick from ones that are not recalled it is tremendous bad PR and the company will lose " good will " and credibility if it does not. The potential financial losses ( not to mention lawsuits and physical deaths and sicknesses) from " bad will " are much greater in the long run than selling a few more packages that the company is not so sure about. If people do eat packaged produce, we should have veggie wash recipes in the files.
