I not only eat the skin but I eat the seeds and half the time the small part of the stem. Peel a grape, wasn't that what Curly did in the 3 Stooges? Or he would say he was so mad he could crush a grape. The little fiends could gobble grapes a lot faster than I could peal them, though. Then I gave them slices with the peal on until they were older, but at 18 months figured they could learn to eat the skins, too. They have a lot of nutrition in them.
