Guest guest
Hi Amy, This is from my boss at work (organic produce delivery company): http://newrootsorganics.com/storage.html (complete storage info) The squash parts: Eggplants, mature onions, winter squash, rutabagas and sweet potatoes are best kept moderately cool – no lower than 50 degrees. Broccoli, brussel sprouts scallions and summer squash will last 3 – 5 days in plastic bags in the crisper. Patty pans are a summer squash like zucchini. How cool is your garage? hth, Diane , akfral wrote: > > I have (so far) some spaghetti squash and some patty pan squash. Does anyone > know how cool they have to be, to stay in storage?
