unfortunately omega 3 usually means fish oil. I believe the OJ with

calcium has milk derivatives so watch out for those kids of things too!

my Tropicana 100% Orange Juice with Omega-3 is not vegetarian. The

ingredients list MEG-3 (fish oil and fish gelatin), and it also says

" contains tilapia, sardine and anchovy. " Maybe I was naive to think

orange juice should be just that, but my daughter and I were totally

grossed out. I will read the labels of everything I buy much more

carefully from now on.
