kale and greens

You can grow Kale if you have a small place in the garden too. I have heard

Collards grow in the same manner, though we don't have them in Australia .. at

least not under THAT name. We can grow Asian greens here, maybe they are

similar.

 

.... and speaking of Collards: does anyone know the botanical names for them???

and where do I get it? The fresh produce? frozen? And what do you
