Crunchy blue Cheese Ball

We had this last year as an appetizer for our little christmas Party I think it

was a hit.

 

8 ozs cream cheese, softened

4 ozs crumbled blue cheese

2 tbspns each, chopped fresh parsely, and red bell pepper

1/2 tsp white pepper

5 tbspns finely chopped walnuts

 

In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except walnuts and

crackers. For into ball or log. Roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic

wrap; refrigerate 4 hours. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks
