Guest guest
Way back when there was no microwaves my Mama used to heat up pizza slices on the stove. I goes like this.... In a skillet put about 12 drops of water for each slice of pizza. Place the pizza slice right on top of the water. Cover and cook over medium-high heat until cheese is hot and soft on top. The water droplets make steam that melts the cheese without drying out the pizza, the heat from the bottom makes the crust crisp but not burnt because of the water. There you have it perfect pizza. This is not only from memory but somthing I do regularly because we do not own a microwave. And I make homemade pizza pretty often. moo
