Guest guest
Hi, My name is Joanne. I am new to Vegetarian eating. It sounds like the way to go towards better health. I need to loose approximately 40lbs and feel this is what will help me. I started 2 days ago to eat differently and can feel my hunger cravings subsiding. To start: I began exercise for at least 20-25 minutes. To reduce the craving for sugar and carbs I've been eating every couple hours. grain bread 1 slice with Smart Balance light home made vegetable soup - 1 cup 1/2 slice of bread with hummus sauteed broccoli with balsamic vinegar, and tomato light yogurt apple That takes me through the day. No cravings! It doesn't seem like a lot of food but I do not feel hungry? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could add that would be even more healthy? Thanks, Joanne ______________________________\ ____ Don't let your dream ride pass you by.
