Guest guest
Here's my latest change to my fudgie balls that I've called Marshalene's treats. 1 c whole oats 1 tbsp flax seeds 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 3/4 c. cocoa Blend these together in a food processor til nearly a powder consistency. Add 1 c. walnuts, 1 c. chocolate chips, 1 c. dried cherries, 1 c. raisins and 5 medjool dates (remember to remove the seedsfrom the dates). Blend all together in the food processor. Pulse the processor because this will be quite thick and heavy for the machine. As it starts wanting to kind of hold together or look a little clumpy start adding Agave Nectar through the top of your machine, let it drip as you pulse and eventually when it's all together in a large clump, it doesn't separate anymore, then it's ready to form into little balls. With your hands shape the mixture into little balls. Your hands will be quite messy. These are delicious. They're good right out of the processor, out of the fridge or freezer. If you want them a little sweeter, you can add a bit of honey with the Agave Nectar.
