Guest guest
The sad news of the death of Anita Roddick who died after suffering a major brain haemorrhage at the early age of 64. Anita Roddick was the founder of the Body Shop. A chain of cosmetic outlets whose whole ethos was that no animal products or testing were ever allowed and that all cosmetics were made from natural substantial ingredients. In a time when the world is destroying its self the passing of Anita is made more poignant. My condolences to her friends and family. Guest guest
That is sad news, Ray. She had fairly recently come out as being hepC positive, which was an extremely generous move and one which had been a great help to a lot of my clients who are all HepC and/or HIV positive. I don't quite trust the Body Shop products in the same way since they got taken over by l'Oreal. Christie
Guest guest
Christie, I feel the same about the Body Shop, I have actually not bought from them since the L'Oreal takeover, a move which I never quite understood.
