I'm waiting to hear good things. lol....I took off all the topping, and scraped off most of the ricotta/garlic/parsley mix. Put the cheese & artchokes back on. Cooked it for quite a while but on too hot b/c I was roasting some eggplant for the double eggplant parm/fake baked ziti. It got a little brown around the edge (well black, burned cheese) but I haven't tried it yet. Will report later on both that and the eggplant dish too.
