Guest guest
Sarah, There is a bolognaise receipe in the files section called " Giovanna's vegetarian bolognaise sauce " It is absolutely stunning !!! Here is my receipe for Egg Pasta: I have others but this is the only one I use now. 4 eggs 1 tbs olive oil 1 tsp salt 2 cups plain flour 1 cup semolina small amount water On a flat surface form a well in flour and add all dry ingredients then add eggs and mix slowly by hand. Only add water if needed. If you have a bread maker: use the dough setting and just toss everything in and press start. Freezes well, only lasts a couple of days in the refrigerator.
