Judy,

 

Kellogg's is known for making crap cereals until recently they put

out a few decent ones. However, they were the inventors of the first

healthy cold cereals. Here is a link.

Yes the first ones they put out in the 1800's were good ones. I'm sure that

John Harvey Kellogg would hate some of the cereals that they made after his

death........... They've always had a few that were healthy, but I'm glad they

are expanding that now.
