There is history about soy beans or as they call them " soya beans " , recipes, lots of interesting information. The discussion last week seemed to be about making soy milk, they have a nice recipe in there as well. They include recipes to use the soy pulp after making soy milk, I think that's great and makes me want to try and make my own albeit no soy milk maker. Good site. Hope you all enjoy it.
