Of course I didn't want the beef part of the equation so I held off. It got worse so I decided to try an " experiment " . It turned out FANTASTIC!!! I didn't miss the " beast " at all! Here's what I did:(it makes ALOT), I have a 7qt.slow cooker. Enjoy, Stephanie *5 lbs red potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces *3 lbs baby carrots *2 cans cream of mushroom soup *2 envelopes dry onion soup mix *1 Tablespoon garlic salt *1 Tablespoon black pepper **Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours (until carrots are tender) **Remove veg with a slotted spoon **Make gravy with the liquid Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
