Soften some and stir in, place back in freezer. Let me know if you can't fine it. I do have access to a few Japanese markets. You want the pure powder not matcha tea in tea bags or a matcha tea in a box with sugar added to make a drink. It's not that easy to fine sometimes but I can get some for you.
