Guest guest
I think V8 is great for soups and stews, too. Old world tahini had to be quite a chore, because it was made with mortar and pestle. It is more oily than the water recipe, but it is still very tasty. Tahini 3/4 pound sesame seeds 2 tsp. plus three tablesooons peanut oil salt. very little (optional) Place seeds on baking sheet and toast in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly roasted. Process in medium size food processor for three minutes. Add two teaspoons peanut oil and process on high for 30 seconds. Add 3 tablespoons peanut oil and process until very smooth. about two minutes. Add optional salt, if desired.
