I would especially like to know how to make chunky applesauce my kids love it. Steph I should have mentioned that I like a small bowl of applesauce every now and then, still hot. To do this, just peel and slice an apple into a glass bowl, put a tbsp. of so of water into it, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave. You can put some cinnamon and sugar on top when it is finished if you like that. I also like to cook this a bit longer and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for a quick desert!
