Guest guest Posted September 7, 2007 Report Share Posted September 7, 2007 Green Bean Hummus Chop beans into small pieces and cook for 5 minutes (steam, boil, microwave*; you don’t have to worry about overcooking the beans). Pureé them in a food processor, adding water and/or olive oil to get desired consistency. Add salt, cumin and garlic to taste.
