I did something last weekend that I don't understand why I didn't think of it

years ago. I love sun tea made from herbal tea or green tea and my husband

will drink green tea but nothing too exotic. Instead of making a big " batch "

of one flavor. I made several different flavors in separate mason jars...that

way I can get my antioxidants from green tea but when I want a more subtle

flavor of an herbal tea I have that too...and I can also put the white cap on

the jar and stick in the freezer for later...there are only the two of us so

smaller batches make more sense.....but I don't think I will be making any tea

this weekend....looks like we will get a visit from Gabrielle.

I don't understand..

What's sun tea?

And why is it different from normal tea?

I'm from Scotland where we don't get much sun so that might explain my

lack of knowledge...

Why didn't I think of this?? LOL Sure glad you did as sun tea in my

gallon jug is way too much for me. Thanks for sharing this . I don't

know about the " white cap " ..What is that?
