Guest guest Posted September 5, 2007 Report Share Posted September 5, 2007 Peach and Cherry Jam 1 large orange, unpeeled 6 lbs. peaches 6 lbs. sugar 12 ozs. maraschino cherries, cut up reserving juice Put peaches and orange thru meat grinder after the peaches have been peeled and stoned. Boil peach pulp with sugar for 3/4 of an hour. Then add the cherries and boil 15 minutes longer.
