Jeannie Anne your holiday canning story

Was so beautifully written. Being vegetarians I think all of us

have run up against insults only to watch others enjoy or food at

parties, buffets and potlucks. I've seen this time and time again.

Keep on canning, you enjoy and so does everyone else eating your

finished product and you're right, you know what went into the jar.
