Sterilize the jars..........sounds pretty detailed. Thenj I always think of some microscopic thing in the air falling into the jar before the lid gets screwed on. Yikes! I will scare myself again,. hahahaha I just love a cheap good cookbook find. I'm always on the prowl for them. I use my food precessor often, now you will too.
