Where are you from......?

My local Fred Meyer does pretty good for most of our groceries. I

work for an organic produce company so get most of my fresh stuff there.

 

Cheese from the Pike Place Market - my favorite vendor knows which of

his cheeses have vegetable rennet and always helps me pick good ones.

 

Also like Madison Market Co-Op for specialty stuff like cruelty-free,

vegetarian sun screen (Alba Brand Green Tea). And veggie jerky.

 

Central Market in Seattle & Poulsbo is bulk bin heaven! They even

have Bragg's aminos!

 

Uwajimaya in Seattle for all things Asian (love that place!)

I'm from Ohio. I live in a little town called Diamond.

what are your favorite places to shop for groceries and health

foods, and other healthy products for your body. ETC.?

 

I do most of my shopping at Giant Eagle. They have a nice section of

vegetarian products and health foods. I also enjoy going to Super

Walmart for some of my stuff. The prices are better. I try to buy

most of my fresh veggies from the Farmer's Market down the road or at

any little roadside stands that are set up during this time of the year.
