Guest guest Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 Just simply substitute the milk for soymilk (or rice milk) and subsitute egg replacer (found in a box at natural food stores) for the eggs. It will turn out great! There's a great recipe in the book Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker. It is SW pot pie with a cornbread crust. It's great and has vegan cornbread on top.
