Guest guest Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 Herbed Pea Salad 2 10 oz. pkgs frozen tiny peas 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped 3 teaspoons mint (do not use dried), finely chopped Thaw peas and pat dry with paper towels. (Peas can be thawed in the microwave oven on Defrost setting for 3 to 4 minutes.) In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and herbs.
