Hi Sarah,

 

One of my all time favorite cookbooks is The Moosewood Cookbook by Mollie

Katzen. I really like any of the many cookbooks she has written.

I also like Passionate Vegetarian by Crescent Dragonwagon. Robin Robertson

also has quite a few good cookbooks. Nava Atlas is another author you

may want to check. I have no relation/affiliation with any of these

cooks....just find them good guides to veg cooking. There are many,

many good veg resources online!

Any and all suggestions are welcome. My local library has a decent

selection, and I can get many more via interlibrary loan.
